- Day 1 is a UKATA recognised Asbestos Awareness course (available as minimum half-day in-house course)

- Covers Reg 4. 'Duty to Manage Asbestos' and Asbestos Contractor Management
- Specify, procure LARC (Licensed Contractors) with the management of the works being clearly explained and illustrated

- Specify, procure, assess and interpret asbestos surveys (HSG 264)

- For Demolition & Structural Refurbishment understanding the hazards, risks and industry practices to follow
- Demolition Management from planning, procurement, managing and completing the works in just 2 days.
- How to produce a scope of works, PCI (pre-construction info), enquiry documentation, pre-qualify contractors ensuring suitable SKTE (Skill Knowledge, Training & Experience) and organisation capability.
- CDM 2015 requirements, when and who to appoint as PD (Principal Designer) & PC (Principal Contractor) with roles and responsibilities and changes to notifications
- Acts, Regulations, Codes of practice & guidance explained in practical ways including BS 6187: 2011 Code of practice for full and partial demolition, BS 7255: 2012 Work on Lifts & BS 5975: 2019 Temporary Works
- Construction Phase Plan (CPP) incl plus the Demolition RA/MS (risk assessments & method statements) meeting the requirements of (CDM 2015; Reg 20 Demolition or dismantling.)
